The BOX PACKAGING INC B921 is a bubble-lined poly mailer designed to deliver double the protection of a standard poly mailer. The interior cavity measures 8.375 inches wide by 10.5 inches long, with an outer envelope size of 8.5 inches wide by 12 inches long. A 5/16-inch bubble lining cushions contents against impact during transit. The self-sealing closure strips on tamper-evident and secure without tape or heat equipment. At 330 mil total wall thickness, the mailer is lighter and more economical than corrugated cartons while still providing meaningful shock absorption. Licensed contractors, fulfillment staff, and shipping departments use these for outbound parcels where rigid cartons would add unnecessary cost and weight.

The B921 mailer is suited for shipping small electronics such as mobile phones, tablets, and accessories, as well as jewelry, watches, and similar items that need cushioning but not a full carton. Installation Notes
