The BOSCH 8733980449 is a 27,000 BTU multi-zone ductless mini-split system configured for three zones of independent climate control. The kit includes one 9,000 BTU indoor unit, two 12,000 BTU indoor units, one outdoor condensing unit, and pre-cut line sets sized for 25-foot runs. This is a complete packaged system designed to reduce sourcing time on multi-zone residential or light-commercial ductless installations. Licensed HVAC technicians handle the refrigerant connections, electrical hookup, and commissioning required to bring the system online.
This system is suited for residential and light-commercial applications where three separate zones require independent temperature control without ductwork. Typical installations include multi-room residential retrofits, additions, sunrooms, or small commercial spaces where a central ducted system is impractical. The 25-foot line sets included in this kit are sized for standard room-to-outdoor-unit runs. The packaged configuration simplifies ordering by bundling all major components under one part number.
This kit is a factory-configured multi-zone ductless mini-split package. Component part numbers included are IDU 8733962672 (x1), IDU 8733962673 (x2), ODU 8733962700 (x1), LineSet 8733951010 (x1), and LineSet 8733951011 (x2). Install only with the components supplied in this kit.
Installation must be performed by a licensed HVAC technician holding an EPA Section 608 refrigerant handling certification. Disconnect and lock out all electrical power to the installation site before mounting indoor or outdoor units. Refrigerant line connections require proper flaring, leak testing, and system evacuation before charging. Electrical service for the outdoor unit must be installed per NEC requirements and local jurisdiction amendments.
