The BONWAY 32-381 is a flexible polyurethane texture stamp designed for imprinting decorative concrete flatwork with an inline ashlar stone pattern. At approximately 36 inches square, this mat presses into freshly placed or overlaid concrete to create consistent stone-joint texture across the slab surface. The yellow color coding identifies this design variant, allowing crews to track mat sets and mix colors for a more randomized pattern result. Licensed concrete contractors and decorative flatwork specialists are the primary installers of this product.
The 32-381 is suited for residential and commercial decorative concrete applications including driveways, pool decks, patios, walkways, and overlays. The inline ashlar layout produces a uniform, stacked-stone appearance. When multiple mat colors of the same pattern are available, alternating between color variants during stamping reduces the repetitive look inherent in single-mat runs. This mat performs in both new poured concrete and in stampable overlay systems applied to existing slabs.
Designed for use with standard decorative concrete stamping systems including freshly poured concrete and stampable overlay products. This pattern is available in more than one mat color; mixing color variants produces a more random appearance across the finished surface.
Texture stamps are set into concrete at the correct timing window - typically when a boot print leaves a shallow impression without sinking - and pressed or tamped firmly to transfer the full pattern depth. A licensed concrete contractor or decorative flatwork specialist should evaluate surface consistency, release agent coverage, and concrete set time before beginning the stamping sequence. Mats should be cleaned of concrete buildup after each use to maintain pattern definition and extend service life. Always follow local building and ADA accessibility codes when placing decorative concrete in public or commercial spaces.
