The BONEHAM SF2022DV is a slip-fixed drill bushing designed to guide cutting tools with precision in jig and fixture applications. Built to the SF industry standard, this bushing features a 0.125 inch inside diameter, a 0.3125 inch body outside diameter, and a 1.375 inch length under head. The head outside diameter measures 0.546875 inches (35/64 inch) with a head height of 0.25 inches (1/4 inch). Manufactured from steel and hardened to 60 to 65 HRC, it delivers the wear resistance required for repeated tooling operations. Inside diameter tolerance is held to +0.0001 to +0.0004 inches for consistent tool guidance. Licensed machinists and toolmakers install this bushing into drill jigs and production fixtures.
The SF2022DV is suited for use in drill jigs, fixture plates, and production tooling setups in both job shop and manufacturing environments. The slip-fixed design allows the bushing to be locked in place via a lock screw once positioned in the liner bushing, making it well suited for applications requiring fast bushing changes between operations or for permanent positioning with added security. The counterbored head accommodates the LS-1 compatible lock screw. This bushing is a renewable component, meaning it can be replaced independently when worn without replacing the liner.
Compatible with LS-1 lock screws. Designed as an ANSI-standard SF-type slip-fixed drill bushing for use with standard liner bushings in drill jig and fixture applications.
Installation is typically performed by a machinist or toolmaker during jig assembly or bushing replacement. The mating liner bushing bore and the SF2022DV outside diameter must be clean and free of chips or burrs before insertion. Secure the bushing with an LS-1 compatible lock screw once positioned. Always verify inside diameter clearance against the drill or reamer shank before placing the jig into production.
