The BONEHAM P324IM is a Type P press fit headless drill bushing machined from steel and hardened to 60 to 65 HRC. It is designed to guide twist drills and other cutting tools with precision during repetitive drilling operations on jigs and fixtures. The bushing presses directly into a hardened jig plate without the need for a locking collar or head flange. With a 5/16 inch inside diameter and a 1/2 inch outside diameter, it provides consistent hole location accuracy and resists wear across high-cycle production runs.
