The bushing features a 5/8 inch (0.6250 inch) inside diameter held to a tight tolerance of +0.0001 to +0.0005 inches, a 1 inch body outside diameter, and a 1/2 inch length under the head. The head outside diameter is 1-15/64 inches with a 5/16 inch head height. Toolmakers, machinists, and fixture builders install this component as a permanent, non-renewable guide element.
