The BMI 47709 is a 2-inch Wrot Copper Press-Fit P x FIP Reducing Adapter Fitting designed for various plumbing and HVAC applications. This lead-free fitting features a 360-degree Leak Detection Design for easy identification of unpressed connections during pressure testing. It is compatible with all major brands of pressing tools and suitable for potable water, hydronic heating, chilled water, compressed air (200 psi max), non-medical gases (140 psi max), and low-pressure steam (15 psi max) systems. It operates within a working temperature range of 0 to 250 F.
