The BMI 46504 is a 1/2 inch carbon press cap for secure pipe connections. It features an HNBR sealing element and a stainless-steel ring with two rows of teeth for a firm grip. Protected by a Zinc-Nickel coating, this fitting is 100% factory tested. It supports a maximum working pressure of 125 psi and operates from -40°F to 180°F. Quick installation uses electro-hydraulic press tools, compatible with most commercial tools. It is suitable for Sch. 40 Black Iron or Galvanized fittings.
