The BLACK DECKER 33-116 is a 16-foot PowerLock tape measure designed for accurate inside and outside linear measurements on the job site. The steel blade measures 1.25 inches wide and 192 inches in total length, coated with a Mylar polyester film that extends blade life and resists wear. A Tru-Zero end hook delivers reliable measurements from both ends of the tape. The chrome high-impact ABS case protects the mechanism from drops and daily site abuse. A built-in blade lock holds the tape at the extended position so it stays in place without creep during measurement transfer or layout work.

This tape measure is suited for residential and commercial construction, framing, finish carpentry, and general trade layout work. The blade includes stud center markings at 16 inches and 19.2 inches, making it practical for standard and engineered lumber framing layouts. At 0.440 pounds and a compact case footprint, it carries easily on a belt clip for all-day use. SAE units are printed on the blade. Manufactured in Thailand.
