Product Description

The BK Resources BKF-8SM-18-G is a solid body commercial faucet in the Optiflow line, designed for splash mount installation in foodservice and commercial kitchen environments. The unit features an 18-inch double-jointed swing spout and mounts on 8-inch on-center hole spacing. Internal 1/4-turn ceramic cartridges provide smooth, reliable operation and long service life. Integral check valves are built in to prevent cross-contamination between hot and cold supply lines. The faucet is lead free and carries CCSAUS certification, making it appropriate for potable water applications where compliance is required. Licensed plumbers typically handle commercial kitchen faucet installations under local plumbing codes.

The BKF-8SM-18-G is intended for splash mount configurations on commercial sink decks, prep sinks, and three-compartment sinks common in restaurant, institutional, and foodservice operations. Installation Notes

Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with local plumbing codes and the International Plumbing Code (IPC). Shut off both hot and cold water supply lines and relieve line pressure before beginning any work. Verify that the mounting deck hole spacing matches the 8-inch on-center footprint prior to installation. Do not overtighten mounting hardware, as this can crack the splash mount deck or damage the faucet body.
