Product Description

The BK MUELLER 122-044 is a deck plate mount bar and hospitality faucet designed for commercial and residential bar sink installations. It features a two-handle knob configuration with a high arc spout, giving technicians and plumbers a straightforward, code-compatible replacement or new-install option for bar and prep sink setups. The chrome finish provides corrosion resistance in wet environments. Mounting centers are set at 4 inches, and the unit ships at approximately 1.056 pounds. This faucet does not include a spray attachment, making it suited for simple, single-basin bar sink applications where a side spray is not required.

This faucet is intended for deck-mounted installations on bar sinks and hospitality counters in both commercial and light commercial residential settings. The 4-inch mounting center fits standard pre-drilled bar sink decks. It is typically installed by licensed plumbers or journeyman-level plumbing technicians as part of a bar station buildout, renovation, or faucet replacement. The high arc spout provides clearance for tall glassware and mixing vessels common in bar environments.

Installation Notes

Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with local IPC or applicable plumbing code requirements. Shut off the water supply at the stop valves before removing an existing faucet or beginning new installation. Verify that the sink deck or countertop hole spacing matches the 4-inch mounting center before installation. Do not overtighten mounting hardware, as this can crack undermount sink decks or damage the deck plate.
