The BETE FOG NOZZLE 3/8WL-2 60@1 is a low flow whirl nozzle constructed from polyvinylchloride (PVC), designed for fluid distribution applications requiring a controlled 60-degree spray angle. The male-threaded inlet accepts 3/8-inch pipe connections, making integration into existing piping systems straightforward. With a 0.125-inch orifice diameter and a rated flow of 3.08 gallons per minute at 100 psi, this nozzle delivers consistent atomization across a range of operating pressures. It is suited for industrial spray, chemical dosing, cooling, or process fluid distribution systems where low flow rates and precise spray geometry are required. Licensed tradespeople and process technicians are the primary installers.
This nozzle is appropriate for use in spray systems operating at low to moderate pressures. At 20 psi the flow rate is 1.44 gallons per minute, at 40 psi it is 2.00 gallons per minute, and at 100 psi it reaches the rated 3.08 gallons per minute. These performance characteristics make it a practical choice for applications such as misting, gas scrubbing, dust suppression, or process cooling where flow control and spray angle consistency are critical. The 60-degree spray angle focuses fluid distribution in a relatively narrow cone suited to targeted application zones.
Designed as an OEM-style or replacement low flow whirl nozzle for 3/8-inch male-threaded pipe spray systems requiring a 60-degree spray angle and PVC chemical compatibility.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with industrial spray or process piping systems. Depressurize and drain the line fully before removing or installing any nozzle. Use appropriate thread sealant rated for the fluid being sprayed and verify compatibility with PVC before applying any chemical sealant. Tighten to hand-snug plus a controlled fraction of a turn - do not overtighten PVC-threaded fittings, as the material is susceptible to cracking under excessive torque.
