Bell and Gossett 402003 is a thermostatic angle steam trap designed to discharge air and condensate while preventing steam loss. The 3/4 in nominal trap has a brass body, FNPT connections, and a 125 psi pressure rating. It uses a balanced-pressure bellows diaphragm that opens 10 to 30 °F below saturated steam temperature; stainless steel Dura-Stata modules are replaceable without disturbing piping. Applications include radiators, convectors, unit heaters, cooking kettles, sterilizers, heating coils, tracer lines, and evaporators.
