The BELDEN INC. FP4LDLD02M7 is an OM4 multimode fiber optic patch cable terminated with LC duplex connectors on both ends. It is designed for high-density structured cabling environments where reliable, low-loss fiber connections are required. OM4 multimode fiber supports high-bandwidth applications and is well suited for data center backbone runs, server-to-switch links, and similar high-speed optical interconnects. Licensed low-voltage technicians and structured cabling installers are the primary trades that handle installation and termination of this cable type.
This patch cable is used in commercial and enterprise network infrastructure, data centers, and telecommunications rooms. It connects active equipment such as switches, routers, transceivers, and media converters that accept LC-style fiber ports. The duplex configuration supports full-duplex transmission over two fibers simultaneously, which is standard for most active optical links. The 7-meter length is well suited for rack-to-rack or equipment-to-patch-panel runs within a single cabinet row or across adjacent racks.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or standard patch cable for use in OM4 multimode fiber optic cabling systems that accept LC duplex connectors.
Installation should be performed by a qualified low-voltage or structured cabling technician in accordance with TIA-568 standards. Before routing, power down or place connected optical transceivers in a safe state and avoid looking directly into fiber ends. Do not exceed the minimum bend radius of the cable during routing or dressing. Inspect LC ferrules for contamination and clean per manufacturer guidelines before mating.
