The AVERY AVE5735 is a white piggyback send-and-reply label designed for dual-purpose mailing workflows. Each label measures 1 inch by 3 inches and features a permanent adhesive backing that bonds securely to envelopes, packages, and mailers. The top layer peels cleanly from the base label, allowing the recipient to reuse it as a return address label without needing a pen or printer. Sheets are formatted for compatibility with both laser and inkjet printers, and free online design templates are available for layout and printing. Each pack contains 240 labels across multiple sheets, with 12 labels per sheet.
These labels are suited for business and office mailing applications where a built-in reply mechanism adds value. Common use cases include return shipment labels, questionnaire mailers, event invitations with RSVP response labels, and direct mail campaigns that require a prepopulated return address. The 1 x 3 inch format fits standard address label fields and works with typical envelope sizes used in commercial and light industrial mailing operations.
Designed for use with standard laser and inkjet desktop printers. Free online templates support common word processing and design applications for straightforward sheet alignment and printing.
Load sheets into the printer tray according to the printer manufacturer's feed direction guidelines to ensure proper label alignment. Print a test sheet on plain paper before running the label stock to confirm alignment with the selected template. Apply the base label firmly to the mailing surface before use. Recipients should peel the top label from the base at the tab edge to avoid tearing.
