The AU-VE-CO PRODUCTS 13750 is a flat head blind rivet with a full nylon body and nylon mandrel, designed for applications where corrosion resistance or electrical non-conductivity is a priority. The rivet accepts a hole diameter of 0.25 inches and provides a grip range of 0.156 inches to 0.406 inches, making it suitable for fastening light- to medium-gauge panels and assemblies. The flat head profile measures 0.6875 inches in diameter and sits flush against the surface after setting. The 2.1875-inch length under head accommodates layered or thicker material stacks. HVAC, electrical, and general mechanical technicians install these rivets where an all-plastic fastener is required to avoid metal contamination or galvanic corrosion.
The 13750 blind rivet is used in residential and commercial trade applications where a non-metallic fastener is needed. Common install scenarios include securing plastic enclosures, ductwork access panels, non-metallic housings, and electrical junction components. The all-nylon construction makes this rivet suitable for environments where metal fasteners could cause interference, corrosion, or conductivity concerns. These rivets are sold with a minimum order quantity of 25 units per package.
Designed as a general-purpose blind rivet for use in applications requiring a 0.25-inch hole diameter and a grip range of 0.156 inches to 0.406 inches with a flat head profile in nylon construction.
Install using a standard blind rivet pull tool sized for the 0.25-inch shank diameter. Ensure the mating hole is clean and properly sized before insertion. Nylon rivets have lower shear and tensile strength than aluminum or steel rivets - do not use in structural or high-load fastening applications. No power shutdown is required for the rivet itself, but follow all applicable safety procedures when working on or near energized equipment.
