The ASHCROFT LPDN4GGV25 200 is a watertight dual setpoint pressure switch designed for industrial and commercial fluid control applications. It features an SPDT contact form and supports both AC and DC voltage configurations, including 125 volts AC, 250 volts AC, 480 volts AC, 125 volts DC, and 250 volts DC, with amperage ratings of 0.5 amps and 15 amps. The wetted components are constructed from 316 stainless steel, making this switch suitable for water service and corrosive media. Adjustable setpoints allow field technicians to calibrate switch actuation to system requirements without replacing the unit. Licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and instrumentation technicians are the primary installers of this device.
This pressure switch is rated for water service and is well suited for residential and light commercial pressure monitoring systems where dual setpoint control is required. The 1/4 inch NPTF male threaded connection provides a pressure-tight seal on standard pipe fittings. The operating temperature range spans -20 degrees F to 150 degrees F, making it appropriate for both indoor mechanical rooms and outdoor enclosures in moderate climates. Its aluminum housing and watertight construction support installation in damp or wash-down environments.
Rated for use with water. Designed as an OEM-style or replacement dual setpoint pressure switch for industrial and commercial water control systems requiring a 1/4 inch NPTF male threaded connection and SPDT switching output.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, pipefitter, or instrumentation technician in accordance with applicable local codes. De-energize all electrical circuits and depressurize and isolate the pipe section before removing or installing the switch. Use appropriate thread sealant compatible with the process media on the NPTF threads. Verify setpoint adjustment after installation with a calibrated pressure source before returning the system to service.
