It features a 4.5-inch analog dial with a 0 to 100 psi range and delivers 0.5 percent of scale accuracy, making it suitable for applications where reliable pressure monitoring is critical. The thermoplastic case resists corrosion and meets IP66/NEMA 4X environmental ratings for protection against dust ingress and water jets. Connection is made via a 0.5-inch MNPT rear-entry fitting, and the rear flange mount simplifies panel or wall installations. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and industrial instrumentation professionals are the typical installers.
This gauge is suited for process piping, industrial fluid systems, and mechanical equipment rooms where a durable, panel-mountable pressure instrument is required. The rear flange mount configuration is commonly used when the gauge face must sit flush against a panel or bracket surface. The no-fill, glass-lens design keeps the dial readable without the maintenance concerns associated with liquid-filled gauges. Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, pipefitter, or qualified instrumentation technician in accordance with applicable local mechanical codes. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing any existing gauge or making new connections. Apply thread sealant appropriate for the process fluid to the MNPT threads before installation. Do not overtighten the connection fitting, as thermoplastic gauge bodies can be damaged by excessive torque.
