The ASHCROFT 95419XLL is an analog industrial pressure gauge designed for reliable pressure monitoring in commercial and industrial fluid systems. The gauge features a 2.5-inch dial with a 0 to 1000 psi range and delivers 1% of scale accuracy, making it suitable for applications where consistent, readable measurements are required. The stainless steel case — grade 304/316 — resists corrosion in demanding environments, while the 316 stainless steel Bourdon tube handles the pressure-sensing work. Bronze wetted parts provide compatibility with a wide range of common system media. The polycarbonate lens protects the dial face against moisture and particulate ingress. This gauge is a no-fill, dry unit intended for professional installation.
The 95419XLL is suited for industrial and commercial piping systems where a compact, lower-mount gauge is required at a 1/4 inch MNPT connection point. Typical applications include compressed air systems, hydraulic lines, water treatment equipment, and general process piping. The lower-mount configuration makes it a direct fit for vertical pipe risers and manifold taps where the connection enters from the bottom of the gauge. HVAC, plumbing, and industrial service technicians commonly install this gauge during system commissioning, maintenance checks, or component replacement.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation pressure gauge for industrial and commercial systems requiring a 1/4 inch MNPT lower-mount connection with a 2.5-inch analog dial.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumbing, HVAC, or industrial service technician familiar with pressurized systems. Isolate and depressurize the system fully before removing any existing gauge or installing this unit. Use appropriate thread sealant on the 1/4 inch MNPT threads and tighten with a wrench on the hex fitting only — do not torque against the gauge case or dial. Verify system pressure does not exceed the gauge maximum rating of 1000 psi during operation.
