The ASHCROFT 95088XLL is an analog pressure gauge designed for accurate pressure monitoring in plumbing, HVAC, and industrial service applications. It features a 2.5-inch dial with a measurement range of 30 inches of vacuum to 0 to 150 psi, making it suitable for both vacuum and positive pressure readings. The gauge carries a 1% of scale accuracy rating and is built with a stainless steel case and stainless steel wetted parts for corrosion resistance in demanding environments. It is a dry, no-fill gauge with a lower-mount, 1/4-inch threaded connection. Licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and HVAC technicians are the primary installers of this type of instrument.
This gauge is well suited for residential and light commercial systems where pressure monitoring is required at a fixed measurement point. The lower-mount configuration positions the connection at the bottom of the gauge, which is standard for inline pipe installations and manifold assemblies. Apply appropriate thread sealant or PTFE tape to the male threads per local code and the system fluid compatibility requirements. Do not overtighten the connection; use a wrench on the gauge fitting hex, not the dial case, to avoid damaging the bourdon tube or internal mechanism.
