The ASHCROFT 94342XLL is an industrial-grade analog pressure gauge designed for accurate pressure monitoring in demanding service environments. The gauge features a 3.5-inch dial with a 0 to 400 psi range and delivers 1 percent of full-scale accuracy. Its 316 stainless steel Bourdon tube and stainless steel wetted parts make it suitable for corrosive media and harsh process conditions. The 304/316 stainless steel case provides durability where moisture and contaminants are present. A polycarbonate lens and lower-mount MNPT connection complete the assembly. A licensed plumber, pipefitter, or qualified HVAC technician should install this gauge in accordance with applicable local codes and the system manufacturer's guidelines. Isolate and depressurize the system completely before removing an existing gauge or installing this unit. Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape to the MNPT threads as appropriate for the service fluid, taking care not to overtape threads. Do not exceed the rated 400 psi maximum pressure, and verify the gauge range is appropriate for the system's normal and transient operating pressures before installation.
