The ASHCROFT 94340XLL is an industrial pressure gauge designed for accurate system pressure monitoring across a wide range of commercial and industrial piping applications. It reads from 0 to 200 psi via an analog dial and delivers 1% of scale accuracy through a 316 stainless steel Bourdon tube. The 3.5-inch dial face provides clear, at-a-glance readings in the field. The case is constructed from 304/316 stainless steel, and all wetted parts are stainless steel, making this gauge suitable for demanding environments where corrosion resistance is required. The lens is polycarbonate. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and industrial service technicians are the typical installers.
This gauge is suited for residential and commercial plumbing, HVAC refrigerant-side monitoring, compressed air lines, hydraulic systems, and general industrial process piping where a 0 to 200 psi range is appropriate. The lower-mount, 1/4-inch MNPT connection allows direct installation into standard threaded fittings on pipework, manifolds, and equipment ports. It is a dry, no-fill gauge, which simplifies installation in environments where glycerin or silicone-filled gauges are not required or permitted.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation gauge for industrial and commercial piping systems requiring a lower-mount, 1/4-inch MNPT, dry-fill pressure gauge rated to 200 psi.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber, pipefitter, or HVAC technician in accordance with applicable local codes and the IPC or IFGC as relevant. De-pressurize and isolate the system before threading the gauge into the port. Use appropriate thread sealant on MNPT fittings and do not overtighten — wrench flats are provided for controlled torque application. Verify the system pressure range does not exceed the gauge maximum of 200 psi during operation.
