The ASHCROFT 94332 is an analog pressure gauge designed for accurate system pressure monitoring across a wide range of plumbing, HVAC, and industrial service applications. It features a 2.5-inch dial face with a 0 to 400 psi range and delivers 1 percent of scale accuracy, making it suitable for applications where reliable pressure readings are critical. The gauge uses a 1/4-inch NPT lower-mount connection and is housed in a stainless steel case for corrosion resistance. This is a dry (non-liquid-filled) gauge intended for installation by licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and mechanical contractors.
The 94332 is well suited for residential and light commercial pressure monitoring on water lines, compressed air systems, hydronic heating loops, and similar fluid or gas systems. The lower-mount NPT connection allows direct installation into standard pipe taps or manifold ports. The 2.5-inch analog dial provides easy on-site readability without requiring electronic instrumentation. It is sold individually and fits common service scenarios where a compact, durable gauge is needed at a pressure port.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or service gauge for systems using a 1/4-inch NPT lower-mount pressure port with operating pressures up to 400 psi.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or qualified mechanical contractor. Depressurize and isolate the system before removing any existing gauge or fitting. Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape to the NPT threads and tighten to the fitting manufacturer's specification — do not overtighten, as stainless steel fittings can gall. Verify the system's maximum operating pressure does not exceed the gauge's 400 psi rated range before returning the system to service.
