The ASHCROFT 94326 is an analog industrial pressure gauge designed for accurate pressure monitoring in mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and process piping systems. It features a 2.5-inch dial with a 0 to 30 psi range and a 1/4-inch NPT lower-mount connection. The gauge achieves 1 percent of full-scale accuracy, making it suitable for applications where reliable, repeatable readings are required. The stainless steel case and polycarbonate lens are built to withstand harsh service environments. A 316 stainless steel Bourdon tube provides corrosion resistance in contact with process media. This gauge is not liquid-filled and is installed by licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and pipefitters.
The ASHCROFT 94326 is used across residential and commercial applications including hydronic heating systems, compressed air lines, water supply systems, refrigeration piping, and general industrial process monitoring. The lower-mount NPT connection allows direct in-line installation on pipe runs, manifolds, and test ports. The 2.5-inch dial size provides clear readability in panel or pipe-mounted configurations. Series 1009 construction meets multiple international compliance standards suited for both domestic and export applications.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation pressure gauge for systems requiring a 1/4-inch NPT lower-mount analog gauge in the 0 to 30 psi range. Part of the ASHCROFT Series 1009 industrial gauge line.
Installation is performed by a licensed plumber, pipefitter, or HVAC technician. Depressurize and isolate the system before removing or installing any pressure gauge. Use appropriate thread sealant on the NPT connection per local plumbing code; do not overtighten, as this can damage the Bourdon tube socket. Verify that the process media is compatible with 316 stainless steel wetted parts before installation.
