The ASHCROFT 82113XLL is an analog industrial pressure gauge built for demanding service environments. It features a 2.5-inch dial with a measurement range of 0 to 2000 psi and delivers 1% of scale accuracy. The case is constructed from 304/316 stainless steel, and all wetted parts are stainless steel, making this gauge suitable for corrosive media and harsh ambient conditions. The polycarbonate lens provides impact and chemical resistance. This is a dry (no-fill) gauge with center back mount configuration and a 0.25-inch MNPT threaded connection. Installation is performed by licensed mechanics, pipefitters, or qualified technicians.

This gauge should be installed by a qualified pipefitter, HVAC technician, or licensed mechanic following applicable local codes and the International Plumbing Code or ASME B40.100 pressure gauge standards where required. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before installation or removal. Apply thread sealant appropriate to the media being measured to the MNPT threads, and do not overtighten, as stainless fittings are susceptible to galling. Verify that the pressure range of the gauge is appropriate for the maximum system pressure before placing in service.
