The ASC ENGINEERED SOLUTIONS 1XD.NMT is a malleable iron reducing tee designed for threaded pipe assemblies in gas, water, and general plumbing distribution systems. It features female NPT (FNPT) threads on all three outlets and is rated for 150 lb service pressure, making it suitable for standard commercial and residential piping installations. The tee reduces from a 1-inch run on both the straight-through ports down to a 1/2-inch branch outlet. A hot-dip galvanized finish provides corrosion resistance for both interior and exterior applications. Licensed plumbers and pipefitters are the primary installers of this fitting.

This reducing tee is used in residential and light commercial plumbing, hydronic heating, compressed air, and gas distribution piping where a branch takeoff at a reduced diameter is required.
