The ARO/INGERSOLL-RAND L36341-110 is a standard compressed air lubricator designed to introduce a controlled mist of oil into a compressed air line, protecting downstream pneumatic tools, cylinders, and valves from premature wear. Built around a Series 2000 modular design with an aluminum body and metal bowl, this unit handles up to 156 CFM of airflow through a 1/2-inch NPT port. It includes a sight glass for quick visual confirmation of oil feed rate during operation. The nitrile seal material provides solid resistance to petroleum-based lubricants commonly used in industrial air systems. Licensed pneumatic or industrial maintenance technicians are the primary installers.
This lubricator is suited for use in industrial and commercial compressed air distribution systems where pneumatic tools, actuators, or automation equipment require in-line lubrication. The 1/2-inch NPT end connections make it a direct fit into standard compressed air plumbing at that port size. Its modular connection feature allows it to be combined with compatible filters and regulators in a filter-regulator-lubricator (FRL) assembly, streamlining installation in space-constrained panel or machine environments. Minimum working temperature is 23 degrees F, making it appropriate for most indoor industrial settings.
Designed as an OEM-style standard lubricator for compressed air systems requiring a 1/2-inch NPT in-line lubrication point; modular connection supports integration with Series 2000 filter and regulator components.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pneumatic or industrial maintenance technician. Depressurize and isolate the compressed air line completely before installing or servicing this unit. Mount the lubricator in a vertical orientation with the bowl facing down, upstream of the pneumatic equipment being protected, and downstream of any filter and regulator in the air circuit. Verify all NPT threaded connections are sealed with appropriate thread sealant and confirm there are no leaks before returning the system to service.
