The ARO/INGERSOLL-RAND F35561-410 is a super duty compressed air filter designed for high-demand industrial and commercial pneumatic systems. It accepts a 1-inch NPT port connection and delivers up to 323 SCFM of filtered airflow at a maximum operating pressure of 300 psi. The 5-micron filtration rating captures particulates and moisture before they reach downstream tools, valves, and actuators. The metal bowl with manual drain handles an 11.5-ounce capacity and is built to withstand temperatures up to 150 degrees F. Licensed industrial mechanics and pneumatic system technicians are the typical installers for this class of filter.
This filter is suited for heavy-duty compressed air applications where standard-duty filters are insufficient. Its modular connection design allows it to be integrated into a multi-unit filter-regulator-lubricator lineup. Typical installations include plant-floor pneumatic distribution systems, compressor room drop legs, and industrial process lines where consistent air quality and high flow capacity are required. The 1-inch NPT end connections match common header and manifold configurations found in commercial and industrial facilities.
Designed for use in modular compressed air preparation systems with 1-inch NPT connections. Compatible with ARO/INGERSOLL-RAND modular filter-regulator-lubricator configurations that accept super-duty filter elements with this port size.
Installation should be performed by a qualified industrial mechanic or pneumatic systems technician. Depressurize and lockout the compressed air supply completely before installing or servicing this filter. Mount the unit vertically with the bowl oriented downward to allow proper condensate collection and drainage. Verify that upstream and downstream fittings and lines are rated for at least 300 psi before returning the system to service.
