The ARLINGTON INDUSTRIES NMLT9020C is a PVC liquidtight 90-degree conduit connector designed for securing and routing flexible liquidtight conduit through enclosures, junction boxes, and panels. The 90-degree angle allows for tight-space routing where a straight connector cannot make a clean transition. Built from PVC, this connector resists moisture and corrosion, making it suitable for damp and wet location wiring applications. Electricians use this fitting to terminate liquidtight flexible nonmetallic conduit at boxes and equipment where a right-angle entry is required.
This connector is used in residential, commercial, and light industrial electrical installations wherever flexible liquidtight nonmetallic conduit must change direction at a termination point. Typical applications include HVAC equipment wiring connections, pump and motor wiring, outdoor enclosures, and any installation where moisture ingress at the conduit entry point must be controlled. The 90-degree body orientation reduces strain on conductors and conduit in confined equipment bays.
Designed as an OEM-style fitting for use with flexible liquidtight nonmetallic PVC conduit systems in standard electrical enclosure and panel installations.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with NEC guidelines for liquidtight flexible nonmetallic conduit fittings. De-energize all circuits at the panel before beginning conduit termination work. Ensure the conduit is fully seated and the connector is tightened securely to maintain the liquidtight seal. Do not overtighten the locknut, as this can crack the PVC body.
