The ARLINGTON INDUSTRIES LT125A is an insulated liquidtight straight connector designed to provide a secure, weatherproof termination for liquidtight flexible conduit entering enclosures, junction boxes, and electrical panels. The connector features an insulated throat to protect wire insulation at the point of entry and maintains a straight-through profile for clean, direct conduit runs. This fitting is sized for 1.25-inch liquidtight conduit and is sold individually. Electricians and electrical contractors install this connector on commercial and residential wiring systems where moisture resistance and cable protection are required at conduit terminations.
The LT125A is suited for use in wet or damp locations where flexible conduit must terminate cleanly at an enclosure. Typical applications include HVAC equipment connections, outdoor panel terminations, industrial machine wiring, and any installation where standard rigid conduit is impractical and liquidtight flexible conduit is the specified solution. The straight body style is used when the conduit approaches the enclosure knockout at a perpendicular angle, allowing for a direct, low-profile connection without bending the conduit at the fitting.
Designed as an OEM-style straight connector for use with 1.25-inch liquidtight flexible conduit systems in standard electrical enclosure knockouts sized for 1.25-inch trade-size fittings.
Installation should be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and all applicable local codes. De-energize the circuit and verify the absence of voltage before opening any enclosure or handling conductors. Thread the connector body through the knockout and secure the locknut firmly against the enclosure wall before pulling wire through the insulated throat. Do not overtighten the conduit grip nut, as excessive force can damage the liquidtight jacket and compromise the moisture seal.
