Product Description

The AQUATHERM 1040200995 8" Electrofusion Coupling joins Aquatherm pipe (PP-R, RP(RCT)) using electrofusion, a technique where a coupling with embedded heating element wires is slipped over pipe ends. Applying electrical current generates heat, melting the PPR of the coupling and pipe together, forming a fusion bond. It cannot be used in conjunction with UV pipe.
