The AQUATHERM 1040090991 is a 3" electrofusion coupling designed for joining Aquatherm pipe (PP-R, RP(RCT)). This coupling utilizes embedded heating element wires within PP-R to create a fusion bond when electrical current is applied, melting the PPR of the coupling and pipe together. It conforms to ASTM F2389, DIN 16962, and DIN EN ISO 15874 industry standards.
