The APPLETON PLG200R is an OZ-Gedney Type PLG internal recessed threaded insert plug designed to seal and close off conduit openings in electrical installations. Built from malleable iron with a zinc electroplated finish, this plug offers corrosion resistance and mechanical durability suited for demanding environments. It features a 2-inch NPT threaded connection with a body thickness of 0.75 inches and a 1-inch socket size. Licensed electricians and electrical contractors install this plug during conduit system construction or maintenance to cap unused conduit ends and maintain the integrity of enclosures and junction boxes.
