The APOLLO VALVES CON-7060401 is a manual three-way L-port ball valve designed for diverter and selector applications in fluid handling systems. Built with a bronze body and brass ball, this two-piece valve handles cold working pressures up to 400 psi and operates across a media temperature range of -20 degrees F to 500 degrees F. The 3/4 in FNPT connections on all three ports make it straightforward to install into standard threaded piping. Licensed plumbers and pipefitters install this valve in water distribution, process piping, and hydronic systems where flow direction control is required without additional fittings.
This valve is suited for residential and light commercial water systems requiring flow diversion or source selection. In diverter service, media enters through one inlet port and exits through either of the two remaining outlets. In selector service, two inlet sources feed into the valve and a single outlet carries the selected flow. The standard-port ball and L-flow pattern make it a practical choice for low-flow-resistance directional control in plumbing and hydronic applications. The yellow lever handle provides a clear visual indicator of ball position.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation three-way ball valve for 3/4 in FNPT threaded water piping systems in plumbing, hydronic heating, and light industrial fluid handling applications.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or pipefitter in accordance with applicable local codes and the International Plumbing Code (IPC). Shut off supply pressure and depressurize the line fully before threading the valve into place. Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape to male pipe threads per standard practice; do not over-tighten, as bronze fittings can crack under excessive torque. Verify lever handle orientation against the L-port flow path before returning the system to service.
