The ANSELL WH20-B-92-111-07 is a disposable full-body coverall engineered for chemical and liquid splash protection in industrial and facility maintenance environments. Constructed from microporous laminate polyethylene fabric weighing 1.86 oz per square yard, this garment provides an enhanced barrier against particulates, liquid splashes, and bloodborne pathogens. The two-way zipper closure with stormflap keeps the front sealed against contamination ingress. Bound seams, elastic cuffs, and elastic ankles deliver a secure fit that minimizes gap exposure at the extremities. Licensed HVAC technicians, maintenance crews, painters, and facility workers rely on this coverall as a single-use protective layer during high-exposure tasks. Each package contains 25 units.
This coverall is suited for a broad range of industrial and facility applications including clean room preparation, body painting and surface inspection, production line support and maintenance, plant and machine cleaning, fibre glass and resin handling, and powder handling operations. The microporous laminate construction reduces heat stress risk compared to fully encapsulated suits, making it practical for extended wear in moderate-hazard environments. It meets ISO Non-Cleanroom classification and is appropriate for non-hazardous protection scenarios where liquid and particulate barrier performance is required.
Designed as a single-use disposable coverall for non-hazardous protection applications in industrial, facility maintenance, paint, and cleanroom preparation environments where Type 5-B and Type 6-B protection levels are required.
Donning and doffing should follow the garment manufacturer's recommended sequence to avoid self-contamination during removal. Inspect the coverall for tears or compromised seams before entry into a work area. This garment is single-use only and must be disposed of according to applicable site waste management and local regulatory requirements. Do not launder or reuse.
