The ANSELL WH15-S-92-111-06 is a disposable chemical resistant coverall from the Alphatec 1500Plus Model 111 series. Built from SMS (spunbond-meltblown-spunbond) fabric weighing 0.7064 ounces per square yard, it provides light chemical protection in industrial and hazardous environments. The 2-way zipper with storm flap seals the front closure, while double cuffs and elastic ankles reduce the risk of contamination ingress at the wrists and ankles. Stitched seams run throughout the garment. This 2X-Large coverall is sold in a 25-unit package and is intended for use by safety-conscious workers and tradespeople handling chemical exposure risks on the job.
This coverall is suited for chemical handling in contaminated environments including filling, blending, and charging of raw materials, transferring liquids and solids, opening and draining pumps, valves, or lines, loading and unloading of process equipment, raw material sample collection, and concentration measurement tasks. The white SMS construction makes visible contamination easy to detect. It is appropriate for both light industrial and field service scenarios where single-use protective garments are required to maintain worker safety and site cleanliness.
Designed for use in light chemical protection applications including chemical handling and contaminated environment work as part of the ANSELL Alphatec 1500Plus Model 111 series.
Donning and doffing of chemical resistant coveralls should follow site-specific personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols and applicable OSHA guidelines. Inspect each garment before use for tears, holes, or compromised seams. Remove the coverall by rolling it inside-out to contain any surface contamination, and dispose of it in accordance with local hazardous waste regulations. Do not reuse disposable garments.
