The ANSELL rig011r105 is a Class 0 electrical insulating glove designed to protect electricians and utility workers from shock hazards during energized work. Constructed from natural rubber latex using an environmentally responsible dipping process, these gloves measure 11 inches in length and fit a size 10.5 hand. The hand-at-rest shape and non-splayed finger design reduce fatigue during extended tasks. The flared cuff allows room for layering over work clothing and promotes airflow. Rated for a touch voltage AC maximum of 1000 volts and DC maximum of 1500 volts, these gloves meet ASTM D120, ATSM F2675:2021, and IEC 614821-2:2014 standards.
These gloves are suited for residential and commercial electrical work across automotive, construction, mining, machinery, and equipment applications. When paired with the 96-002 leather over-gloves, they carry an Arc Flash PPE Category 1 rating, making them appropriate for energized electrical tasks where arc flash exposure is assessed at that level. They also meet relevant CSA, NFPA, and OSHA standards. The smooth red latex finish supports quick donning and doffing, and the material resists acid, ozone, and very low temperatures.

These gloves are intended for use by licensed electricians and qualified electrical workers performing energized or potentially energized work. Always inspect gloves for cuts, punctures, or degradation before each use in accordance with ASTM D120 inspection requirements. De-energize and lock out equipment wherever possible before beginning work; use these gloves only when live work is required and the appropriate arc flash risk assessment has been completed. Follow applicable NFPA 70E and OSHA 1910.269 requirements for PPE selection and use.
