The ANSELL 58735070 is a supported, chemical-resistant work glove from the Series 58-735 line, designed for trade and industrial applications where hand protection against chemicals, cuts, abrasion, and punctures is required. Built with a nitrile shell and nitrile coating over an HPPE-lined interior, these gloves deliver ANSI/ISEA Cut Level A3, Abrasion Level 6, and Puncture Level 3 performance. At 39 mil thick with a textured Ansell Grip surface, they provide tactile control in wet or oily conditions. The gauntlet-style cuff extends overall length to 14 inches for added forearm coverage. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, and chemical handlers working with solvents, oils, and industrial fluids are the primary installers and end users of this glove.
These gloves are suited for residential and commercial maintenance environments where workers handle chemicals, oils, lubricants, or abrasive materials. The hi-visibility green HPPE liner aids in confirming glove integrity before use. The gauntlet cuff and 14-inch overall length make them appropriate for tasks requiring wrist and lower forearm protection, such as pipe work, chemical mixing, and equipment maintenance. They conform to EN 374, EN 374 JKL, EN 388, EN 407, and EN ISO 374-1:2016 Type A standards, indicating broad chemical and mechanical protection coverage under both ANSI and European frameworks.
Designed as a direct-fit replacement within the ANSELL Series 58-735 glove line in Small (numeric size 7), compatible with applications requiring EN ISO 374-1:2016 Type A AJKLMNOPT chemical protection classification and ANSI/ISEA mechanical protection ratings.
Inspect gloves for tears, punctures, or liner exposure before each use. Power down or isolate chemical systems before beginning any service work that requires hand protection. These gloves are rated CAT III, indicating protection against irreversible or fatal risks, and should be used only by workers trained in CAT III PPE protocols. Dispose of gloves in accordance with local regulations if contaminated with hazardous substances.
