The ANSELL 48706070 is a cut and puncture resistant work glove engineered for trade professionals who work around sharp edges, sheet metal, wire, and abrasive surfaces. Built with INTERCEPT Technology Yarn blended with HPPE, fiberglass, nylon, polyester, and spandex, this glove achieves an ANSI/ISEA Cut Resistance Level A3 and a Puncture Resistance Level 5. A nitrile coating applied to the palm and fingertips adds grip and abrasion protection rated at ANSI/ISEA Abrasion Resistance Level 5. The elasticated wrist cuff keeps the glove securely seated during active hand movement. Available in a size Small, this is a unisex glove sold as a pair.
This glove suits residential and commercial tradespeople including HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, and sheet metal workers who handle sharp components, conduit, copper tubing, or rough building materials. The rough grip surface on the nitrile coating supports confident handling of tools and parts in both dry and lightly oily conditions. The flexible spandex and polyester blend in the shell allows full dexterity without sacrificing cut protection, making it a practical choice for precision hand work at the job site.
Designed as a general-purpose cut and puncture resistant work glove suitable for trade applications involving sharp materials, sheet metal handling, and abrasive surfaces.
Work gloves should be inspected before each use for cuts, tears, or coating separation that may compromise protection. Replace any glove showing visible damage to the shell or coating. These gloves are not rated as a blood borne pathogen barrier and are not FDA approved for medical use. Follow applicable job site PPE requirements and applicable OSHA hand protection standards when selecting gloves for a specific task.
