The ANSELL 216153 is a cut-resistant work glove rated ANSI/ISEA Cut Resistance Level A2, designed for trade and industrial professionals who need hand protection against light-to-moderate cutting hazards. The glove features a full nitrile solid coat over a five-piece jersey liner constructed with Kevlar, delivering both cut resistance and a secure grip on parts, tools, and materials. An ANSI/ISEA Abrasion Resistance Level 3 rating reflects durability against surface wear during regular use. The safety cuff style provides added wrist coverage. This is part of the ANSELL 28-360 Series and is sized X-Large for men, 2X-Large for women.
The 216153 is suited for general industrial, maintenance, and light assembly applications where cut hazards are present and dexterity is required. Electricians, HVAC technicians, plumbers, and facilities maintenance workers commonly use cut-resistant gloves in this ANSI A2 range when handling sheet metal, conduit, copper tubing, and similar materials. The full nitrile coating provides a degree of grip enhancement and minor abrasion resistance on a range of surfaces. The jersey lining adds comfort for extended wear during a full shift.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct procurement glove in the ANSELL 28-360 Series, sized X-Large (men) and 2X-Large (women), suitable for general industrial and trade hand protection programs requiring ANSI Cut A2 performance.
Inspect gloves before each use for cuts, tears, or coating separation that may compromise protection. Follow applicable OSHA hand protection requirements and employer PPE programs when selecting and using cut-resistant gloves. Replace gloves when the coating shows visible deterioration or the liner is compromised. Gloves are sold as a pair.
