The ANSELL 206140 is a palm-dipped, nitrile-coated cotton jersey work glove from the 27-607 Series, designed for general-purpose industrial use. The glove features a smooth nitrile coating applied to the palm and fingers over a cotton jersey shell, providing grip and abrasion resistance where it counts most. It carries an ANSI/ISEA Abrasion Resistance Level 4 rating and an ANSI/ISEA Cut Level A1 designation. The safety cuff and full-fingered, wing-thumb construction suit repetitive handling tasks. Sold as a pair, sized Large for men or Medium for women, this glove is worn by assembly technicians, press operators, and metal fabricators on production floors.
This glove is built for light- to medium-duty industrial operations including handling metal sheets and panels, metalworking and assembly, press injection molding, seizing and finishing structural parts, fixing and clipping parts and wire harnesses, connecting devices, and assembly and inspection of components. The static dissipative construction makes it suitable for environments where electrostatic discharge control is a concern. The unisex design and standard large sizing fit a wide range of workers on the shop floor or assembly line.
Designed as a general-purpose industrial work glove for assembly, metalworking, and light fabrication applications where palm grip and basic abrasion protection are required.
Work gloves require no installation. Inspect gloves before each use for tears, holes, or coating degradation that would reduce protection. Replace immediately if the nitrile coating shows cracking, peeling, or loss of grip. Follow your facility safety program and applicable OSHA PPE requirements when selecting and wearing hand protection.
