The ANSELL 205853 is a general-purpose work glove built on a cotton jersey shell with a palm-and-finger nitrile dip coating. It is designed for light to medium industrial tasks where grip, dexterity, and basic abrasion resistance matter. The glove carries an ANSI/ISEA Abrasion Resistance Level 4 rating and meets EN 388 and ANSI/ISEA Cut Level A1 standards. The smooth nitrile coating gives consistent grip on dry and lightly oily surfaces. Sold as a pair, this unisex glove suits production line workers, assembly technicians, and general maintenance personnel in manufacturing and light fabrication environments.
This glove is intended for tasks including handling metal sheets and panels, metalworking and assembly operations, press injection molding, seizing and finishing structural parts, fixing, clipping parts and wire harnesses, connecting devices, and assembly and inspection of components. The safety cuff style and full-fingered coverage provide additional wrist protection and consistent hand coverage during repetitive operations. Maximum rated temperature is 104 degrees F. The glove is also noted as static dissipative, which adds value in environments sensitive to electrostatic discharge.
Designed as a general-purpose industrial work glove for assembly, metalworking, and light fabrication applications requiring palm-coated hand protection meeting EN 388 and ANSI/ISEA standards.
Work gloves should be inspected before each use for tears, punctures, or coating separation that could compromise protection. Replace gloves that show visible damage or coating delamination. Always verify that the glove type selected is appropriate for the specific hazard level and task requirements per your facility safety program and applicable ANSI/ISEA 105 guidelines.
