The ANDERSON METALS 750070-0608 is a lead-free brass compression tube female elbow designed to transition between a compression tube connection and a female NPT threaded port. The fitting changes direction in a tubing run while providing a secure, leak-resistant joint at both ends. It is rated for up to 2000 psi working pressure, making it suitable for demanding plumbing and fluid system applications. The body is constructed from lead-free brass, meeting modern potable water and trade compliance requirements. This elbow fitting is used wherever a tubing run must change direction and terminate into a female NPT threaded port. Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or qualified pipefitter in accordance with applicable IPC or local plumbing code requirements. Tighten the compression nut to the fitting body using two wrenches — one to hold the fitting body and one to turn the nut — to avoid distorting the tubing or fitting. Do not overtighten; verify the joint is leak-free by slowly restoring system pressure and inspecting before returning the system to service.
