    Different part

    To start off, I ordered this part and it said it was in stock. I emailed after waiting 3 days for it to ship out. It turns out it was not in stock but a cheaper alternative was in stock which I immediately gave consent to ship the alternate part. It over a week and multiple unanswered emails to ship the alternate part. I did finally get the part. I installed it and it works great which is why I am giving this review 3 stars. I still haven't received any refund for the price of the cheaper alternative. Bottom line is great products but poor customer service.

    I purchased this on 12/09/21 and paid extra for the two day shipping. Two days later I get a message saying that the part isn't actually in stock and they have a replacement. I okayed the shipment on that part. Now it has been sitting in Addison, IL, for 9 days (12/20/21). I called CS a couple days ago and they said they would call me back. No such luck yet....
