The ALTRONIX CORP MAXIMAL1RHV is a multi-output access control power supply designed to deliver regulated DC power to security and access control systems. It provides 12 volts DC at 4 amps or 24 volts DC at 3 amps, with 8 individually fused outputs that allow installers to protect and isolate each load on the distribution board. Rated for 220-volt AC input, this unit is suited for installations in regions or facilities where 220V mains power is standard. Security integrators and licensed low-voltage technicians are the primary installers of this power supply.
The MAXIMAL1RHV is used in commercial and residential access control installations where multiple door controllers, magnetic locks, electric strikes, or other access hardware require distributed, fused DC power. The 8-fuse output configuration supports multi-door or multi-zone deployments from a single centralized power source. Its dual-voltage output capability makes it adaptable to a range of access control hardware with differing voltage requirements.
Designed as an OEM-style power supply for commercial and residential access control systems requiring distributed, fused 12-volt DC or 24-volt DC power from a 220-volt AC source.
Installation should be performed by a licensed low-voltage or electrical technician in accordance with applicable NEC requirements for power-limited and access control circuits. Disconnect and lock out AC mains power before making any wiring connections to the unit. Verify that each fused output is loaded within its rated amperage and that total combined load does not exceed the supply's output capacity. Do not mix 12-volt and 24-volt device loads on the same fused output position.
