The ALTRONIX CORP ALTV244175ULCB3 is a multi-output AC power supply designed for CCTV and access control applications. It delivers 24 volts AC at 7 amps across four individually protected outputs, each with a PTC (Polymeric Positive Temperature Coefficient) resettable overcurrent device. PTC protection automatically limits current on a faulted output without requiring manual fuse replacement, reducing service time. Licensed security and low-voltage technicians install this unit in control panels, equipment racks, and enclosures where centralized, distributed power is needed for cameras, readers, or other 24 VAC field devices.
This power supply is suited for commercial and light-industrial surveillance and access control installations where multiple devices must be powered from a single regulated source. Each of the four outputs can feed an individual field device or zone, keeping fault isolation clean and simplifying troubleshooting. The unit is appropriate for new installations and retrofit projects where consolidating power distribution in an enclosure is preferred over individual plug-in adapters.
Designed as an OEM-style power supply for CCTV cameras, access control readers, and other 24 VAC field devices requiring distributed, individually protected power outputs.
Installation should be performed by a licensed low-voltage or security systems technician in accordance with applicable local codes and NFPA 70 (NEC) Article 725 for Class 2 and Class 3 remote-control circuits. De-energize all connected equipment and confirm input power is off before wiring any output terminals. Do not exceed the total rated output current when distributing load across the four channels. Mount the unit in a suitable enclosure with adequate ventilation to prevent heat buildup during continuous operation.
