Allpoints RAT1K-1830 Valve Plate Seal Kit Accutemp

Product Description

The ALLPOINTS RAT1K-1830 is a valve plate seal kit designed as a replacement hardware set for AccuTemp commercial cooking equipment. The kit supplies the sealing and fastening components needed to service a valve plate assembly, including flat washers, wave washers, nyloc nuts, and four seals. These parts maintain a proper pressure seal at the valve plate interface, preventing leaks that can compromise equipment performance. This kit is typically installed by commercial kitchen equipment technicians or refrigeration and steam-equipment service pros during scheduled maintenance or corrective repair.

This seal kit is intended for use in AccuTemp commercial foodservice equipment where the valve plate assembly requires periodic replacement of sealing hardware. The inclusion of wave washers and nyloc nuts indicates a fastened valve plate arrangement where controlled compression and vibration resistance are important to maintaining a leak-free joint. The full hardware set allows a complete seal replacement in a single service call without sourcing individual fasteners separately.

Compatibility

Designed as an OEM-style replacement seal kit for AccuTemp commercial cooking and steam equipment requiring valve plate seal service.

Installation Notes

Installation should be performed by a qualified commercial kitchen equipment or refrigeration technician. Before servicing the valve plate assembly, shut off all power and, if applicable, isolate steam or fluid supply lines and allow the system to depressurize and cool completely. Follow the equipment manufacturer's service manual for proper torque sequence and component orientation when reseating the valve plate. Applicable local codes and ANSI or NSF standards for commercial foodservice equipment repair should be observed.
