The ALLPOINTS 421017 is a 120-volt, 15-amp infinite control switch kit designed for use on electric cooking equipment in commercial foodservice applications. Infinite control switches regulate heat output on electric ranges and hot plates by cycling power to the heating element across a continuous range from off to high. This kit includes stem adaptors, a black knob, and mounting inserts to support installation across a wide variety of equipment configurations. It is UL-recognized and intended for installation by qualified commercial kitchen equipment technicians or electricians familiar with 120-volt appliance wiring.

This kit is suited for commercial electric ranges, hot plates, and similar cooking equipment requiring a screw or palnut mount infinite switch.
