The ALLIED MACHINE AND ENGINEERING TM75012 is a solid carbide helical flute thread mill designed to cut 3/4-12 UN threads in both internal and external applications. With 4 right-hand flutes and a TiAlN coating, it handles the thermal and abrasive demands of production threading in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The cutting diameter is 0.495 inches, the length of cut is 1.25 inches, and the overall length is 3.5 inches. The 1/2-inch shank diameter fits standard toolholders used on CNC machining centers.
