The ALLIED MACHINE AND ENGINEERING TM10012 is a solid carbide helical flute thread mill designed for cutting 1-12 UN threads in both internal and external applications. With a 0.745-inch cutting diameter and a 3/4-inch (0.750-inch) shank diameter, this tool mounts directly into standard CNC toolholders. The 6-flute, right-hand configuration and TiAlN coating support efficient chip evacuation and extended tool life in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. A 1.5-inch length of cut accommodates full thread depth on most standard fastener bosses and threaded bore applications. The 4-inch overall length provides clearance for typical machining center spindle-to-workpiece setups.
